PvP main-march and rally generals (EX to D).
Only the 49 PvP main-march and rally generals. Not all 224 generals: we rank the combat-relevant PvP mains plus the common legacy and free-to-play benchmarks. Wall defense, monster hunting and sub-city mayors play such different roles that each would need its own ranking, so they are not mixed in here.

Generals are ranked by their PvP value at full investment.
- Real march damage counts more than paper ATK, so March Size and Rally Capacity weigh heavily.
- Always-on buffs score higher than attack-only kits, because they keep their value on reinforcement and walls.
- Older generals slide down as newer releases raise the ceiling, even if a maxed copy is still usable.
