Hosting and access data

For the public website, Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) provides hosting and content delivery. Requests pass through Cloudflare's network; this involves IP addresses and technical request data. The purpose is reliable delivery and protection against abuse. Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our interest in providing a secure, functional website.

Cloudflare's retention depends on the processing purpose and legal obligations. The applicable service and account settings determine which access and security records are available and how long they remain. We do not operate an additional application server or a visitor-log database for this static website.

Processing may take place outside the EEA, including in the USA. Cloudflare's data processing addendum describes international-transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

During security checks, Cloudflare may set cookies such as cf_clearance to recognise a completed challenge and protect against abuse. Challenge validity is configured to 30 minutes; technical extensions may apply. We use this only for necessary security purposes, under section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Storage in your browser

There are no user accounts or analytics profiles. Search and filters run in your browser; search terms are not sent to a server. We use the following storage:

• Language selection: stored in this browser until you change it or clear website data. Browser language preferences are read locally to suggest a translation; no location lookup is made.
• Theme: your explicitly selected light/dark mode stays in local storage until you reset it or clear website data. Without a saved choice we use your system setting.
• Privacy choice: stored for up to 180 days to respect your selection. An expired choice does not permit optional storage.
• Optional copy history: only after enabling it in Privacy settings, copied markers are stored locally for up to 30 days per code, without transmission to us. Otherwise copying works and markers remain only in the open document.

Optional history is based on consent under section 25(1) TDDDG and, where personal data are involved, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Storage strictly necessary for explicitly requested settings uses section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (reliable operation and respecting your choices).

You can withdraw permission or delete history in Privacy settings in the footer at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. Expired entries are removed when the feature is used; the site cannot delete browser data while closed.

Fonts, images and external links

Fonts and site images load from this website, not from Google Fonts or image services. Links to publishers and redemption pages open external websites only when clicked. Those operators process your subsequent visit under their own privacy policies.

Advertising and analytics

Advertising is disabled. On gamedexx.com, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and loading performance, including page paths, referring sites, country, device and browser. The measurement script is not loaded for visitors located in the EU. According to Cloudflare, it uses no analytics cookies, local storage or individual fingerprinting. We use the statistics to improve our content and loading speed. The Cloudflare hosting and transfer information above also applies. Google Search Console provides aggregated reports about Google searches without adding a script to this website.

Contact requests

If you contact us, we process your contact details, message and any attachments to reply, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (handling enquiries), or Article 6(1)(b) for contractual requests. We delete correspondence when no longer needed, unless legal retention duties or defence of legal claims require longer storage.

We use Gmail for email correspondence. For users in the European Economic Area, the service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google processes message contents, attachments and technical communication data to operate the email service. For consumer Gmail, Google acts as a controller under its own privacy policy, not as our contracted processor.

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for reasons relating to your particular situation and withdraw consent at any time. There is no automated individual decision-making or profiling.

You may complain to a data protection authority, for example the authority in North Rhine-Westphalia: LDI NRW.
